Join us for a day of tuning in to the inner worlds while screening out all devices and socialising.
This daylong online intensive is for those with at least 2 years of physical yoga practice and one year of meditation.
Maintaining integral personal rhythms can be challenging in the best of times. This past year while we have needed to stay closer to home, remaining connected to each other has no doubt increased our time on social media, and of course with so much political madness, the news. In order to refresh our system and reset our inner focus, let’s take a day away from speaking to others, or any input streaming through our phones in order to listen from another dimension of consciousness, that of the dynamic inner body and impartial mind.
We will practice multiple sessions of meditation including Mindfulness and Open Awareness, Yin and Yang yoga (strengthening the kidneys to enhance our overall energetic vitality), inquiry (engaging in heartfelt questions regarding our inner motivations), and compassion methods (bringing care and curiosity for our own struggles and towards others’ challenges as well).
