Join Sarah in this two-part, six hour workshop of yin yoga, Buddhist meditation, compassion practices and enquiry methods to help us befriend and work with our inner parts.
We will begin with a 20-minute guided meditation session, followed by Yin Yoga poses coupled with psychological inquiry. Sarah will draw from the wisdom of the Internal Family Systems model (IFS), focusing on specific voices we often carry within us (some of which may often feel judgmental). With internal promptings we can learn how to turn towards ourselves with compassion, as well as listening to hidden messages behind even the most difficult aspects of our psyche.
