Explore the intricacies of spinal and rib movements, especially around breathing. What is spinal neutral? What are the limits of spinal movement? How does the spine accept load from the limbs? Tour the spine as you have not seen it before, learningh the muscles that set its uprightness -in the back, to the sides, and in the front: diaphragm, psoas, pelvic floor, and longus muscles of the neck.
