By dropping into the bones, we regulate the breath and pacify the nerves. This process involves not only physical relaxation but a psychic relinquishing. This class is an antidote to the upward rising winds of uncertainty that plague us in this time of social distancing. Practice somatic movements (SATYA), asana and yoga nidra to embody a profound letting go.
