Know yourself (and your students) better by being able to see beneath the skin to the working of the myofascial body.


Explore the mechanics of hip movements – flexion, extension, abduction, adduction, and rotation – in yoga asana and training maneuvers. We will tour the hip joint itself – bones, joint, ligaments – and the surrounding muscles as three large fans that either restrict or allow the full range of movement.

This course includes dealing with common issues, as well as the connections to other parts of the body. Bring your questions.
